No State Regulations – The Infamous Plan C

On January 3rd, the FDA finalized a rule that expands the availability of abortion pills. Mifepristone, also called Plan C, had previously only been available in-person. Now, the the medication can be acquired online, safely delivered by mail. The decision of the federal agency to suspend in-person requirements essentially overrules the effectiveness of any state laws protecting these children. Through various websites, you can easily find online pharmacies that will ship to all 50 states. Or, you can connect with activist networks, who will send the pills across state lines for free. Despite the fact that many conservative states have laws to prevent abortion-by-mail, these laws are essentially unenforceable.
The fight for life is far from over.
