Public Support For Transgenderism

According to a recent poll from the Washington Post, nearly half the country believes a man can be a woman. The survey also indicated that 48% of respondents think it is appropriate for a middle school teacher to discuss trans identity in school. Appealing to common knowledge is nearly unconscionable.
Without a source of truth, the American political system has become unmoored from reality itself, following the whims of democracy to self-destructive ends. Public opinion of transgenderism is the most telling evidence of the need for some anti-democratic policies. If common sense is totally disconnected from Biblical truth, then it is impossible for Christians to appeal to it. We must remember and apply all of God’s truth, even if it isn’t common.
